Cancellation Policy
At Glamping Reserva del Ruiz we want your experience to be perfect from the very first contact. Please read our cancellation and refund conditions carefully.
Early cancellation
To cancel a reservation you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. In this case a refund of 90% of the amount paid will apply.
Late cancellation or no-show
If the cancellation is made after the 72-hour window, or if the guest does not show up without prior notice (no-show), a charge equivalent to one night of accommodation will be applied.
How to request a cancellation?
To manage your cancellation, contact us directly via WhatsApp at +57 315 2779642 or by email at glampingreservadelruiz@gmail.com. Please provide your name, reservation date and confirmation number.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days following cancellation approval, to the same payment method used for the reservation.
Date modifications
If you wish to change your reservation date (subject to availability), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to glamping availability.
Force majeure
In duly proven force majeure cases (natural disasters, officially declared health emergencies, etc.), we will evaluate each case individually and offer rescheduling options without penalty.
