1. Nature of the service

Glamping Reserva del Ruiz is a tourist accommodation establishment located in Vereda Montaño, Villamaría, Caldas. We offer glamping-style lodging in domes with included services (breakfast, private jacuzzi, bonfire, among others) according to the selected package.

2. Reservations and confirmation

Reservations are managed through our contact form or via WhatsApp. A reservation is considered confirmed only when the guest receives written confirmation from Glamping Reserva del Ruiz and the agreed payment or advance has been made.

• Rates and availability are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed.
• The guest must provide accurate information when booking.
• Glamping Reserva del Ruiz reserves the right to decline reservations.

3. Payments

Payments are made according to the conditions agreed at the time of booking. Glamping Reserva del Ruiz may request an advance payment to secure the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid on arrival or as previously agreed.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available on this site. We recommend reading it before confirming your reservation. In summary:

• Cancellations with 72 hours or more in advance: 90% refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows: charge equivalent to one night.
• Date changes: with a minimum of 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

5. Guest obligations

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to:

• Respect the facilities and coexistence rules of the glamping.
• Inform the exact number of guests who will be staying.
• Not allow more guests than agreed in the reservation.
• Take care of furniture, equipment and common areas.
• Respect check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (1:00 PM) times.
• Not carry out activities that disturb the peace of the place or other guests.

6. Property policies

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

• Pets: welcome with prior notice.
• Smokers: only in designated outdoor areas.
• Noise: please maintain silence after 10:00 PM.
• Bonfire: supervised and responsible use in the designated area.
• Jacuzzi: exclusive use for registered guests.

Glamping Reserva del Ruiz may request the departure of guests who violate these rules, without refund.

7. Liability

Glamping Reserva del Ruiz is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal items within the facilities.
• Accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety rules.
• Climate disruptions or force majeure events.

We recommend guests take the necessary precautions to care for their belongings.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Glamping Reserva del Ruiz. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Data protection

The processing of guests' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this site, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

10. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent authorities in Manizales, Caldas.
